Dr. Hailey Davis

Dr. Hailey Davis is a Colorado native who grew up in Denver and has wanted to be a veterinarian since she was 7 years old. She grew up riding horses and showing competitively around Colorado and the U.S. in Dressage, eventually earning her USDF Bronze Medal. She moved to Fort Collins for college, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Equine Science at Colorado State University. Dr. Davis stayed in Fort Collins and graduated from Colorado State University Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program in 2024.

During her time at CSU, she travelled to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe to learn first-hand about wildlife medicine, conservation, and veterinary care in local Zimbabwean communities. While in Victoria Falls, she earned a certification in Wildlife Forensics and Toxicology. She also travelled to Alaska with the CSU DVM program to provide general veterinary care, spays/neuters, and vaccinations to pets of rural indigenous populations with limited access to resources and veterinary care. From these experiences, Dr. Davis understands that access to care can look different everywhere but is passionate about providing quality veterinary services and empowering owners to help their pets no matter their background.

Dr. Davis also worked in research while at CSU, and led multiple studies to evaluate dietary supplements, vaccines, and other products to further advance veterinary medicine. She especially loves working with cats and is Fear Free as well as RECOVER CPR certified.

Dr. Davis lives with her two cats, Scout and Finch. During her free time, she enjoys anything outdoors- hiking, camping, and off-roading in her 1979 International Scout she rebuilt with her dad. She is also involved in a women’s organization that supports education, as she is passionate about empowering women to achieve their dreams and succeed in higher education.

Dr. Davis looks forward to joining the Family Veterinary Hospital team and building new relationships with her clients and their pets!
