Extended Hours and Day-Patient Appointments

This allows us to attend to more urgent issues or to simply make it more convenient to complete routine wellness visits. Your pet is seen right away by one of our nurses and then placed into a large run, with a comfortable blanket (cats do prefer cozy cages). They are given water and food as allowed. Dogs are taken out every 2-3 hours for a walk. Your pet will be seen and treated in between scheduled appointments. If there is any question, a nurse or one of the Doctors will contact you. There is no extra charge for your pet to stay here with us.

If you need to drop off your pet for an exam or treatment on your way to work or on the way to run errands and pick up later in the day, we can make things work for your schedule. We are happy to give you a call with our recommendations and treatment options after we have examined your pet, and the doctor will have a consultation with you when you pick him or her up. Due to our limited amount of cage space, we will have to restrict the number of patients we can do this for each day, so please let us know in advance if you wish to drop off your pet and we can find a mutually convenient day and/or time.
